The production manager told us when the workers would arrive and confirmed all that the project entailed. The workers came when we were told they would, not too early in the morning and not too late. They worked diligently throughout the day. They didn't leave for the day until they had completed what was supposed to be done. The site was cleaned completely, no trash, no tools, etc. left on the site. The workers were extremely respectful: no inappropriate talk, no asking to use my personal restroom, no invasion of my space. I felt totally secure in my home. The quality of the work was amazing. The materials used were those presented to us at the beginning, and they were guaranteed for many years to come. Everything looks beautiful.
